1. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without giving any reason.
2. A Transfer Certificate from the last school must be submitted before a student can be admitted. Out station candidates must get the T.C attested by the Directorate of Education of the area.
3. All admissions are subject to an Entrance Test and an interview. The admission is not complete until the principal gives the approval by signing the admission form and the pre-scribed fee for admission is paid.
4. No interview or test for Nursery or KG admissions.
5. Those who are already studying in the school and wish to withdraw must give one month’s notice; otherwise one month’s fee will be charged.
6. The principal may ask a student to withdraw if he / she fails for two consecutive years in the same class.
7. The students withdrawn or expelled from the school on in disciplinary grounds may not be readmitted.
Dress and Appearance
1) Students must come to school wearing the correct school uniform. Uniform must be neatly cleaned and ironed.
2) Personal cleanliness, hygiene and neatness is expected at all times. Girl’s hair must be neatly cut/pinned/plaited and combed. Nails must be kept clean and short. Boys must maintain their hair trim and neat. Fancy hairstyles and coloured hair is not allowed.
3) Failure to comply may result in the student being sent home after two warnings recorded in the handbook.
4) Students are not permitted to wear costly or fancy watches, chains, earrings, belts etc. Primary students are not allowed to wear watches.
5) Students are not allowed to colour / spike / gel their hair, wear nail polish, tattoo or any henna design. Fancy hairstyles are not allowed.
6) The Shirt must be fully buttoned.
7) The girls must wear hijab.
Behaviour
1) Students must respect and obey their teachers and School authorities at all times.
2) Running, playing and shouting in the classrooms and corridors during study hours is forbidden. Students must not indulge in fights and physical and verbal abuse in school. Stringent action will be taken against all students instigating and/or participating in such acts.
3) Chewing chicklets and gum in the school premises is strictly forbidden.
4) Students may not loiter in the classrooms during break or Computer, Games and Activity periods.
5) Students may not go to the toilets or to drink water during class time. Such needs must be attended to during the break. However, if any student has a medical problem, the same must be brought to the notice of the class teacher / nurse in writing with medical certificate attached.
6) Students are not permitted to bring story books (other than school library books), magazines, picture books, video games, audio-video cassettes/DVD’s/CD’s, fancy items, Walkman’s or Mobile phones to the school. This rule is applicable for class, practices, Annual Day, Sports Day, Picnic etc. Any such property found in the possession of the student will be confiscated by the school.
7) All school teachers must be given due respect.
8) Students must record and follow the specific instructions given by their teachers.
9) No discussion on any political or social issue in school premises.
10) The students must wish Salam to the principal, teachers, other students and parents.
11) The students must touch Quran only with wudu.
12) No TV shows at home for kids as it reduced the effect of the Islamic studies is taught in school.
13) The first period will be Quran reading and learning from classes 1 and above. So the students must come school with wudu.
14) Speaking in English in school is compulsory.
Maintenance of Study Materials
1) All school books must be labelled and neatly maintained throughout the year.
2) Books must be brought according to the day’s timetable without fail.
3) Students are not permitted to paste stickers and colour the pages of school note-books unless specifically instructed by the teachers.
School Diary
1) Students must maintain the school calendar neatly. No fancy stickers may be stuck or pictures/designs drawn in the school calendar.
2) No student/parent may tamper with the remarks given in the calendar. All remarks must be promptly signed by the parent.
3) Parents may write notes in the school calendar. Please use parent-teacher commu-nication page for any communication to convey to the teacher.
4) In case the student looses the calendar, it must be promptly replaced with a new one. The calendar may be purchased after an explicit written explanation by the parent is submitted to the class teacher and duly counter signed by the class teacher.
5) The Remarks/ Observations in the school Diary must be signed by the parents, failing which the students will be given detention for the day.
6) Children without the school diary will be detained for two periods.
School Property
1) Care must be taken to keep the school clean at all times. Litter must be disposed off in the dustbins provided.
2) Students must take care of the school property. No scratches, writings or drawings may be made on the school furniture or walls.
3) Damage done by accident must be reported to the class teacher. Students who will fully damage school property must make good the damage done.
School Timings
1) All students must regular and punctual.
2) Students must be present in the school at 7.50 a.m. School commence at 8.00 a.m.
3) Students will not be permitted to enter the school once the assembly has started at 8.05 a.m.
4) Parents will not be allowed into the school premises after the first bell at 8:00 a.m.
5) In summer, the school will start at 8:00 am for all classes and will over at 12.30pm for pre-primary students and for primary students the school will over at 2:00 pm.
6) In winter, the school will start at 10:00 am for all classes and will over at 3.00pm for pre-primary
students and for primary students the school will over at 4:00 pm.
7) Parents/Drivers coming to pick up their wards will not be permitted into the corridors/class rooms. They will have to wait in the designated areas for their wards.
8) Children coming late to school - after 8:00 a.m will not be allowed to enter the school.
9) Children are expected to disperse after the school gets over. The School will not be held responsible for any child remaining in the school premises after the school overs, unless the class teacher has asked them to do so. A note for the same will be mentioned in the diary.
Meeting the Staff
1) The reporting time for all Staff members is 7.30 a.m.
2) Parents seeking quick clarifications from the Staff, may meet them between 7.30 a.m. and 7.45 a.m. on school working days.
3) Parents are not permitted in the school corridors after 7:45 a.m. For any detailed meetings, parents are requested to meet the teachers after prior appointment.
4) Under no circumstances may a teacher be disturbed in the classrooms. Parents must also make it convenient to meet the Principal or Teacher in case of such request by the school authorities. Failure to comply with such requests may result in the student being kept out of class.

PTA Meetings
1) Parents must attend the scheduled PTA meetings in the interest of their wards.
2) All report cards will be handed over only to the parents/guardians. Under no circumstances will the report card be given to a student or any other unauthorized person.
3) Under exceptional circumstances if the parent would like the report card to be handed over to any other responsible person, the prior permission of the Principal has to be obtained and a letter of authorization must be given to that person.
Staff Gift Policy
Parents are requested not to give gifts to individual teachers/ or non-teaching staff for any occasion.
After –School
1. No student is permitted to come to school on Saturdays / holidays unless the teacher has given a written note. Students coming for practices on Saturdays / holidays must be in school uniform.
2. Parents are earnestly requested to pick up their child / ward when the school ends. Please note that school is not responsible for anything that happens after school hours unless the student is specifically called after school hours by the teachers with a written note to the effect.
Parents’duty in coordination to school
1) Observe the behaviour of the child, in case any negative behaviour is observed that you think is not good for your children, must report to and discuss with the school teacher immediately.
2) Observe the antecedents of your child in school and give your valuable suggestions to school for improvement.
3) Try to give positive environment at home and give Islamic environment as much as possible
4) Make sure the child follow all adaab / sunna at home, for example, eating, salam, sleeping etc., taught in class. This will help the child to practise the learning at home too.
5) Being a careful and cautious parent, strictly restrict your Child to befriend with mis-guided friends.
6) Correct any wrong habit of the child for their correct development. And help the child to understand it.
7) Encourage interaction about Islam / Deen and don’t not confuse the child if not clear.
8) Watch prayers timing of child and make sure the child offer namaz on time with khusoo.
9) Observe the child respect to elders, parents and neighbours.
10) Remind child about all Masnoon dua in every action when applicable
11) In case, the child has any issue related to the class or school, please report it to the class teacher or Principal.
12) Be role model for Child so as he or she admire and follow you.
13) Check the school diary daily for homework and instructions sent by teachers.
14) Help the child in doing homework, learning Quran verses and Duas and preparing for exams.
15) Drop to school and pick up the child from school on time as per school timing.
16) Make sure your child come to school in a proper uniform, school shoes, combed and oiled hair,brushed teeth and trimmed nail and hair.
17) Give nutritious food in lunchbox and send water bottle too.
18) Please do not allow your children to carry mobile phones, VCDs, DVDs, cameras or any other electronic gadgets to the classroom.
19) Parents and guardians must read the school’s rules carefully and ensure compliance.
ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE
1) The state board of education lays great emphasis on attendance. A student may not be allowed to appear in the Annual Examination, if he or she has not put in a minimum of 75% of attendance in an academic year.
2) All students must be present on the first day and last day of each term. Students must also be present on the reopening day after The Summer/Winter Break.
3) In all cases of absence from school, the parent is expected to make a note in the specified section of the school calendar.
4) Absence for 3 to 5 days on medical grounds must be accompanied by a medical certificate and should be sanctioned by the principal. For any other absence of more than 5 days the written sanction of the Principal is required.
5) Students who are absent on the reopening days after a Term/holidays without prior permission from the Principal will not be permitted into the class.
6) No student should leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal. Parents seeking to take their child/ward during school hours must meet the Principal for permission. The Students will be permitted to leave the class during school hours only when the parents reports in person at the school reception and secures the necessary permission.
7) Students will not be sent with drivers/friends/relatives without the written request of the Parent.
8) Students who have been absent for more than a month without permission are liable to have their names struck off the rolls and have to seek readmission.
9) Students suffering from contagious diseases must stay away from school and seek medical attention. A student returning to school after suffering from an infection or contagious disease should produce a fitness certificate from the Doctor.
10) It is compulsory for the students to complete 80% of attendance in the year to make them eligible to sit for their final exams. The percentage however, could be relaxed on medical grounds but such students will not be eligible for any academic rewards.
11) Any student leaving from school early or coming late to school (after the second period) will be marked absent for the day.
12) Any student who is sick should not come on the day of evaluation. The child will not be given a zero, but the average will be considered when the medical certificate is produced.
